We've been hard at work here inventing cool stuff for all of our apps (in addition to bug fixes). Take a look below to catch up, and to see some previews of things coming next!
Details below.
“Gearing Up” for the Next Silo Release
As we sneakily hinted at in our last newsletter, we've been working over the last few months on adding modifiers into Silo, which will allow you to change an object’s geometry in a non-destructive way. This will open up the possibility for all sorts of new features and workflows. More immediately, we're adding some fun new primitives, including a a powerful new gear/wheel primitive which is perfect for making wheels, cogs, and even castle towers!
New EXIF Data Features and Preview Chooser Improvements Coming to CameraBag
In the next update, CameraBag will be able to show (and do) much more with your photo's exif data, including the ability to pop open a google map to see exactly where your photo was taken! We're also adding an extremely handy shortcut menu in the full-screen preview chooser that lets you quickly jump to the preset section you're interested in.

Milo 2022.2 is here, with two handy new features!
We've added video export, so you can now export your turntable renders to video formats (along with the previously-supported GIF export). Also, you can now disable shadows in the settings page, which is handy for scenarios (such as some interior renders) where shadows are getting in the way. Download v2022.2 here
Pixelmash 2022.3 with layer blend modes, plus snapping for vector layers!
Layer blend modes, familiar to Photoshop users, are a powerful way to change how layers are rendered on top of layers below them, and make it easier to create advanced coloring and lighting effects. Additionally, now when editing vector layers using the Curve Tool, you can hold down Shift while dragging bezier nodes to snap to pixel centers. Holding Shift while dragging bezier handles snaps the handle angle to 15-degree increments. This makes it much easier to use vector layers for precise, straight-edged shapes. Download v2022.3 here
As always, all of these new releases are FREE updates for licenses purchased/extended from our site in the last 365 days; check your license status (for any of your apps) and get your personalized download and/or upgrade links at nevercenter.com/upgrade.
