Layer Blend Modes Coming Soon to Pixelmash
In the next version of Pixelmash, you will be able to adjust the blend mode for any layer, which will change how that layer interacts with the layers beneath it. We've added a ton of different useful blend modes: Standard, Screen, Overlay, Add, Multiply, Soft Light, Hard Light, Darken, Lighten, and Erase. Go crazy!
A Grab Bag of Features in CameraBag
We've got three handy features coming right up in the next CameraBag release: the ability to easily take a desktop screenshot, the ability to bake all adjustments into the base image, and a recent fonts section in the font chooser. All were requested by our users, and they're powerful additions.
Silo 2022.1 Just Launched With Built-In Time-Lapse Screen Recording
We're working on improving the VR experience in Milo, and continuing to update the playable character support we added in the last update. (Download the last update, Milo 2022.0, at In case you missed it, Silo 2022.1 was just released, and it includes a new built-in way to record time-lapse videos of your modeling sessions! We also fixed several bugs and added some nice workflow improvements, like hiding manipulator handles that point directly in/out of the screen, and drawing infinite work grids in orthographic viewports. Greatly Improved VR Support in Milo
Milo's VR support grew significantly in the last release (2022.1), adding a fully functional interface without having to leave VR, and streamlining the process of entering and exiting. This is a big step forward, but still just the beginning for VR in Milo—we can't wait to add even more features!
