Silo 2024.0 is now available, with a brand new feature: File Instance.

You can now use an external file as an instance within your model, and any changes to that external file will auto-update. For example, you could create a separate model of a wheel, and then create a car model using file instances for the wheels. Then whenever you update the wheel file, the car (if it's open in Silo) will auto-update as well. This is a very powerful way to work and organize your projects into re-usable components.
