Email Troubleshooting
So, you've tried the basic email instructions and still can't get the email to work. Here is what we suggest trying next:
1) If you haven't done this already, you might try changing the port to either 25 or 587. These are common ports that seem to work for many users.
2) You can also try changing Secure Authenticate to OFF, in case your email doesn't require SSL.
3) Finally, you can try using just the first part of your email ("username" if your email is "username@provider.com") for the Username, or try "username@provider.com" if you currently have just the first part.
